Request a Private FEES Course at Your Institution
If you have a large team of speech pathologists, if attending an upcoming FEES course is not possible, or if you just want the convenience of a course at your own institution, then we may be able to come to your institution to give a 2 day Foundation Course, a 1 day Advanced Course, or a customized hybrid course. The content of our Foundation and Advanced courses are identical to the courses available to the general public, but a private course can allow for a more customized approach. If you have a large team, an onsite course can offer significant cost savings since there is no need to pay for flights, hotels, registration, and meals for all of your staff. If your institution has a graduate speech pathology program, an onsite course can be of tremendous value to graduate students who want proven FEES training prior to applying for employment in the competitive medical SLP job market.
Most private courses are organized for an institution's internal staff, but with the proper equipment and coordination, it may be possible to open the course to external clinicians. In either scenario, the cost of a course is largely predicated on how many staff and how much coordination is needed. If your institution does not have enough equipment for training purposes, then we can work with our network of FEES equipment vendors to bring equipment to your site.
If you are interested in receiving ASHA CEU credits for your private course, and if your institution can not offer them, then we can offer ASHA CEUs through Carolina Speech Pathology, LLC. As with our public FEES courses, personalized certificates of completion will be provided to participants who compete all parts of the private course.
For more information about the course content, please refer to the Foundation and Advanced FEES Course pages. For pricing, please fill out the inquiry form on the "Contact Us" web page.
