Request a Private FEES Course at Your Institution
If you have a large team of speech pathologists, if attending an upcoming FEES course is not possible, or if you just want the convenience of a course at your own institution, then we may be able to come to your institution to give a 2 day Foundation Course, a 1 day Scoring & Interpretation Course, or a customized hybrid course. The content of our Foundation and Scoring & Interpretation courses are identical to the courses available to the general public, but a private course can allow for a more customized approach. If you have a team of 6 or more, an onsite course can offer significant cost savings since there is no need to pay for flights, hotels, registration, and meals for all of your staff. If your institution has a graduate speech pathology program, an onsite course can be of tremendous value to graduate students who want proven FEES training prior to applying for employment in the competitive medical SLP job market. Depending on the desired course content as well as the needs and capabilities of the host institution, the course could be a fully remote course, an in-person course, or a hybrid format.
Most private courses are organized for an institution's internal staff, but with the proper equipment and coordination, it may be possible to open the course to external clinicians. The cost of a private course is typically between $3250 and $8000 depending on course type and need for faculty travel. Larger courses and those open to the public typically involve some degree of resource sharing; often registration based provision of free seats in exchange for clinic/lecture hosting space, although other arrangements are possible. If your institution does not have enough equipment for training purposes, we may be able to engage our network of FEES equipment vendors to bring equipment to your site.
As with our public FEES courses, ASHA CEUs can be provided by our team, and personalized certificates of completion will be provided to participants who compete all parts of the private course.
For more information about the course content, please refer to the Foundation FEES Course page and the Scoring & Interpretation FEES Course page. For more specific pricing, please fill out the inquiry form on the "Contact Us" web page.
